What is your return policy?

Due to the limitations of our fulfillment and shipping partners, we are not able to accommodate returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are determined by our third-party shipping partners, and vary depending on the type, size, and quantity of products you’re ordering. 

For customers in the USA, shipping rates start at $3.99. For international customers, shipping rates generally start at $11.00.

Please note that some products will ship separately due to specific packing requirements, and come with their own shipping cost.

The total shipping cost of your order will be displayed at checkout.

When will my package arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on the size of your order, but typically arrive within 5-13 business days if you’re in the USA. (Please note that shipping estimates here do not include the time it takes to fulfill your order.)

I’m located internationally, when will my package arrive?

Delivery times depend on your exact location and specific order. Please refer to the email communications you receive for estimated delivery times.

My order is defective, what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email admin@alizakelly.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name on your order
  3. The email you used to place the order
  4. The issue with your order

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. 

However, there are a few countries we cannot ship to due to the restrictions imposed on our fulfillment partners. We do not ship to the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, or North Korea. Please note that this list of restricted countries is subject to change depending on world events.

Will I have to pay international customs fees and VAT?

Your international shipment may incur customs fees depending on your country. The fee will vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

For customers in the EU, VAT may be applied to your order, depending on your country's regulations.
